1. Introduction

By using Labeld (the website and apps), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account & Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Services

Labeld is a platform for discovering events, buying tickets, purchasing merchandise, browsing merch drops, and viewing event moments. We connect users with event organisers and brands — we are a technology platform and social marketplace, not the event organiser or merchandise seller unless explicitly stated. Shipping and fulfillment of merchandise is handled by event organisers/brands or their designated fulfillment partners.

4. Tickets & Purchases

Ticket sales and merchandise purchases are subject to organiser/seller terms. Check event pages for event-specific rules, age limits, and refund details.

  • Tickets: All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser.
  • Merchandise: Merchandise sales are final once shipped. Returns or exchanges may be subject to the organiser's/brand's return policy.
  • Shipping: Delivery times and costs are determined by the organiser/brand. Labeld is not responsible for shipping delays.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: misuse the Platform; post false listings; impersonate others; engage in illegal activity; or access other users' accounts without permission. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Labeld (branding, designs, text, images) is owned by Labeld or our licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may not reuse our content without permission.

7. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed via third-party providers. You agree to pay the prices and any fees shown at checkout. We do not store full payment card details unless explicitly stated and secured.

8. Event Organizer & Brand Fees

For event organisers and brands using Labeld to sell tickets and merchandise:

  • Ticket Sales: Labeld charges 6% of each paid ticket sold plus ₦100 per transaction. Free tickets incur no charge.
  • Merchandise Sales: Labeld charges 10% of each merchandise item sold.
  • Payouts: Weekly payouts occur every Friday at 2 PM (cut-off: Thursday 12 PM) via direct bank transfer.
  • No Upfront Costs: There are no setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges. You only pay when you make sales.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

Labeld is provided "as is." We are not responsible for disputes between organisers and attendees, event cancellations, merchandise quality, shipping delays, or attendee conduct. To the extent allowed by law, Labeld's liability is limited.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or listings for breaches of these T&C or for other legitimate reasons, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be subject to arbitration or the legal options available under Nigerian law.
